Menopause and Perimenopause GP Health Appointment

Dr Rebecca Jarvis is a specialised General Practitioner with a passion for assisting women going through this chapter of life. During this health check you can expect questions surrounding your medical history, symptoms and lifestyle factors.

Post health check you can expect a detailed medical report with treatment and lifestyle recommendations which will be discussed with you in great detail.

Therapies will/can include information, lifestyle recommendations, treatment on-site (medications etc) or referrals to specialists. All therapeutic treatments will seek to address symptoms of perimenopause and menopause to ensure comfortability and optimum health and wellbeing throughout this stage of your life.

What you need to know:

• The GP will discuss your medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors.
• The GP may examine you, refer you for testing or reach out to your other health care providers.
• Recommendations of supplements or lifestyle changes may be suggested.
• Discussion of any necessary follow-up appointments or treatments based on findings will also be discussed.
• You may be directed to our team of Dermal Clinicians or Nurses for any treatment prescribed by our team of doctors.
• If necessary, a referral may be recommended for further analysis.

Cost: Fees vary depending on the nature of the appointment and if intervention is required. We do not bulk bill.
