What you need to know:

• If deep needling is required application of a topical anaesthetic for comfort will be applied.
• A mild prickling or pressure feeling is typical.
• The procedure usually takes 30-60 minutes, depending on the area treated.
• Cleanse with a mild, non-irritating cleanser.
• Apply a soothing, hydrating moisturiser to promote healing. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen post-treatment.
• Avoid applying makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
• Refrain from using exfoliating products for several days.
• Avoid strenuous exercise and saunas for 48 hours.
• Avoid touching or picking at the treated area to prevent irritation or infection.
